The service
Accessello lets agencies send their clients a branded portal to answer questions, upload files and grant access to platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta. We may improve, change or retire features over time; we'll give notice of changes that materially reduce what you rely on.
Accounts
- Agencies must give accurate information, keep their login secure, and are responsible for everything done in their workspace, including by team members they invite.
- Clients use Accessello through a link from an agency. Keep the link to yourself or colleagues you choose to invite; anyone with it can work on your onboarding until it expires.
- You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload anything unlawful, infringing, or containing malware;
- use Accessello to collect passwords, payment card details or other credentials (it's designed so you never have to);
- send spam or onboard people who haven't agreed to work with you;
- try to access another agency's data, probe or overload our systems, or get around limits or security measures;
- resell or copy the service without our written permission.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into Accessello: answers, files and branding. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to provide the service to you and the agency you're working with. You confirm you have the right to upload it.
Agencies are responsible for how they use their clients' information, and for having a lawful basis for it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Third-party platforms
When you grant access through Accessello (for example with Connect Google), the access is created in that platform and governed by its own terms, such as Google's. Accessello only does what you choose on screen. You can remove access at any time in the platform itself, and remove Accessello's connection to your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We aren't responsible for those platforms' availability or actions.
Credits and fees
Workspace setup and drafts are free. Agencies buy prepaid credits at ₹1,000 per credit. Sending a new onboarding uses one credit; resending or reopening that onboarding does not use another. Credits do not expire. Cancelling or deleting an onboarding does not return a used credit. Payment refunds and disputes reverse the corresponding credits, and may leave a balance to clear before sending new onboardings. Clients never pay to use a portal.
Ending your use
Agencies can stop using Accessello and ask us to delete their workspace at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, telling you why where we can. After closure, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
Accessello is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available, accurate and secure, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Automated checks and suggestions (such as file checks and website pre-fill) help, but you remain responsible for reviewing what you submit and approve.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability for any claim relating to Accessello is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹5,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of India, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will revise the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll tell agencies by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Accessello after that means you accept them.
